Many people have struggled mentally and not even paid attention to it; others have done the same with physical symptoms. We just keep pushing through. The problem with doing this is that one generally leads to problems in the other. When we have physcial pain, it can result in irritability, depression, low confidence, and other negative mental states. If we are suffering from mental health problems, we potentially neglect our physical health which can result in physical ailments. It is important to pay attention to your mental & physical well being and take care of both so you can be the best version of yourself, for you, and for others.
Many couples may intend to seek counselling, but the cost of a therapist can be a deterrent. I have created a 7 module workshop that provides between 7-10 hours of counselling for the less than the price of 1 session. This way you can gain some tools and guidance from the comfort of your own home and do it at your own pace, without breaking the bank.

Counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. While I always recommend in-person sessions, online therapist sessions can still be useful; for some, having the session from the safety of your own home is convenient and potentially less intimidating for partners who are uncertain about sharing personal information with a stranger.
