
I try to take an eclectic approach, but apply cogntive behavioural therapy in many of my sessions. I also use solution focused therapy, client-centered therapy, as well as dialectical behaviour therapy and even hypnosis therapy. I offer an empathic approach without judgement, but at the same time I can be direct in a postiive way that works toward change.

I have an extensive sports background and have worked with several athletes over the years. I love being active, traveling, and spending time with my family.
